The weaving and dyeing process of monochromatic jacquard fabrics is different from that of multi-colored jacquard fabrics. Monochrome jacquard is jacquard dyed fabric - the jacquard grey cloth is woven by a jacquard webbed machine before dyeing and finishing, and the finished product is a solid color.

Multi-colored jacquard fabrics are yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics - the yarn is dyed and then woven into the fabric with a jacquard machine for finishing. Therefore, yarn-dyed jacquard fabric has more than two colors, rich in color, not monotonous, three-dimensional pattern, high grade. The width of the fabric is 2.5 meters, the pure cotton fabric is slightly shrunk, and the ball does not fade.

There are two ways :

(1) Slightly adjust the weft density of the webbing, it will be harder, but it will reduce the yield.

(2) Styling with glue is like saying that we men want to make their hair styling has a handsome feeling, go out to soak a girl, spray hair gel, hair will naturally harden. So the handle of the jacquard webber is stiffened, but the cost will be higher.

jacquard webber can generally be used for mid-range clothing materials or decorative materials (such as curtains, sand release materials). The manufacturing process of jacquard belt is complicated. The longitude and latitude lines interweave with each other, forming different patterns, uneven, weaving out many beautiful patterns such as flowers, birds, fish, insects, birds and animals.

Jacquard webbing has a unique texture of soft, fine and smooth texture, good luster, good drape and air permeability, high color fastness (yarn dyeing). The pattern of the weft jacquard belt is large and delicate, with clear colors and strong three-dimensional sense, while the pattern of the warp jacquard belt is relatively simple and single. Jacquard belt is divided into warp jacquard belt and weft jacquard belt.
