The development of China's ribbon industry has gone through three periods of weaving, knitting and weaving, and the development has brought many changes and brought more colorful experiences to people's lives.

Part 1: Weaving

At first, the production of webbing was made by loom, using the process of warp and weft interweaving, that is, the yarn after twisting is arranged into a bobbin, and the weft is shaken into a pirn and woven on the loom. This method of preparation was most popular in the 1930s and developed into some improvements in the 1960s. This is the original way of weaving webbing. Subsequently, after scientific and technological innovation, dyeing technology has developed rapidly, and the ribbon style and manufacturing efficiency have also been greatly improved.

Part 2: Knitting

In the 1970s of the last world, knitting warp knitting and weft knitting technology were also widely used in the ribbon industry. In 1973, the trial production of knitted nylon wide tight belt was successful, and then the introduction of Italian crochet machine, etc., brought a greater space for the development of knitting technology.

Part 3: Weaving

Weaving is also called ingot weaving, that is, the yarn through the winding tube, the weft tube is inserted in the fixed tooth base of the braid machine, and the weft tube moves along the figure 8 track to pull the yarn to cross the braid. From the very beginning of the simple process to 60 years of innovative development, and then to the present, the quality, production efficiency and diversification of the ribbon are accelerating.
